Your first domain stays active forever on the free plan. Additional domains are suspended (not deleted) until you re-subscribe. No data is lost.

Send limits scale with trust. New domains start on Tier 0 (20/day Free, 50/day Pro, 10/hour) and auto-upgrade after 7 days of clean sending to Tier 1 (50/day Free, 500/day Pro, 100/hour). Both plans cap messages at 20 recipients (To + Cc + Bcc) and 10MB attachments. Hitting the daily limit doesn't lose your email — Gmail holds it and retries automatically after midnight UTC.
Don't panic — your message isn't lost. Our server returns a 'try again later' (450) response, which tells Gmail to hold the message and retry. Gmail surfaces this as a 'delivery delayed' notice. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; hourly limits roll continuously. Your message delivers automatically once the window opens. The only hard rejections are sending to >20 recipients in one message, attaching blocked file types, or being on a paused domain (caused by excessive bounces or spam complaints).
